be bought from players shops, but they don't do anything. some

TIME AGAIN FOR ALL OF THEM
You can buy one every four hours at the
Lost Desert Kiosk and they are 500np to buy
You can only buy one every 6 hours at the
Scratchcard Kiosk
and they are 600np to buy.
You can only buy one every 2 hours at the
Deserted
Fairground Scratchcards and they are 1200np to buy (Oopses! -
Only five sscratchcardss can be sscratched a day)
